W. Scott Miller

W. Scott Miller is a Senior Polymer Scientist at Washington Penn since March 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Polymer Scientist at Braskem from May 2011 to March 2023 and R&D Engineer at Thar Energy from June 2009 to November 2010. Additionally, W. Scott Miller founded and served as CEO of Keystone Ethanol from May 2007 to June 2009, and worked as a Technical Consultant for Ethanol Technologies Limited between January 2006 and December 2007. Prior to these positions, W. Scott Miller was an Associate Researcher at The University of Southern Mississippi from July 2006 to June 2007. W. Scott Miller earned a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering from The University of Southern Mississippi (2001-2006) and a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College (1997-2001).
