Jenelle S. Coy

Jenelle S. Coy is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spero Studio, an award-winning integrated communications firm established in June 2014, focused on helping organizations thrive in a culture-forward environment. In addition to this role, Jenelle serves as a Junior Board Member for Washington Performing Arts since September 2022 and was an Advisory Board Member for Industrial Bank from May 2018 to December 2021, providing strategic innovation counsel to President and CEO B. Doyle Mitchell Jr. Prior to founding Spero Studio, Jenelle was a Partner-in-Training at Finn Partners for a brief period in early 2014. Jenelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Strategic, Legal and Management Communications with a concentration in Public Relations from Howard University, obtained in 2014.
