Jim Hicks

Jim Hicks is a Partner at Sinars Slowikowski Tomaska LLC and serves as a Trial Attorney. Prior to this, Jim was a Partner at Foley & Mansfield, PLLP. Jim has also worked as an Associate Attorney at Levy von Beck & Associates, P.S. specializing in construction litigation. Jim holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law, a Master of Arts (M.A.) in English Language and Literature from Fordham University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in English from the United States Naval Academy.
