The Operations Team at Washington State University Athletics is tasked with ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the athletics program. This includes coordinating logistics for events, managing contracts, overseeing insurance and compliance matters, handling fiscal responsibilities, processing tickets, and supporting the welfare and inclusion of student-athletes and staff. Each member plays a critical role in maintaining operational integrity, fostering an inclusive environment, and upholding the values of the University and its athletic department.
