Lindsay Randall

Lindsay Randall, MBA, currently serves as Vice President of Startup Banking at J.P. Morgan, focusing on empowering early-stage startups through strategic partnerships and community engagement across Washington and Oregon. Concurrently, Lindsay is a member of the Startup Committee at WTIA, advising on support strategies for pre-seed and seed stage founders and organizing events for local startup communities. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Program Manager at Moonbeam, where Lindsay developed initiatives linking startup founders with corporate investors, and as an Account Manager at Flytedesk, enhancing operational efficiency for a startup during the 2020 Presidential election cycle. Lindsay also held various marketing and business strategy consulting positions, contributing to numerous nonprofit and startup projects. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in Environmental Studies from Purchase College, SUNY.
