Yolanda Chase

Yolanda Chase is the Chief Diversity Officer at WTIA.

Yolanda is leading WTIA’s DEI Office to increase the diversity of the tech workforce within Washington State and beyond. Yolanda guides the overarching objective to reimagine organizational development in an effort to create anti-racist and multicultural organizations. She serves WTIA Pact's prime commitment to work diligently to ensure members fully reflect the population in which they operate, including, board of directors, management, and all employees.
