Nicole Masih-Theberge is an experienced professional in community engagement and development, currently serving as the Statewide Engagement and Events Coordinator at the Washington Trails Association since May 2022. In this role, Nicole recruits and trains a diverse team of volunteer ambassadors, collaborates on outreach efforts, and contributes to WTA’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Previously, as the Development and Communications Associate at the Nicaraguan Education Resource Center, Nicole successfully secured over $20,000 in grant funding and enhanced community communication.
