Doug Kemper

Doug Kemper has over 25 years of experience in the banking and finance industry. Doug has held executive roles such as VP and Manager, Business Services Solutions at Washington Trust Bank, Director of International Banking Services, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Regal Financial Bank, and Managing Partner at Creel Partners LLC. Doug has also served as President & CEO at Export Finance Assistance Center of Washington and held various Vice President positions at Heritage Bank and Key Bank. Additionally, Doug has contributed to the Trade Finance Advisory Council at the US Department of Commerce.

Doug Kemper pursued a BS in International Business at Oregon State University. Doug also attended Pacific Coast Banking School.
