Jim Mignone

James Mignone is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in information security and technology management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at The Washington Trust Company since April 2016, James oversees Technology and Bank Operations, while also fulfilling the responsibilities of Chief Information Security Officer, focusing on Information Security, IT Risk, and Business Continuity. Prior to Washington Trust, James held prominent positions at Eze Software Group as Director of Information Security, and at State Street, where responsibilities included Vice President of Corporate Information Security and Managing Director overseeing IT Risk for Currenex. James also served as CISO at Citizens Financial Group and IT Audit Manager at Providence Energy Group. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Accounting and a Bachelor’s in Zoology from the University of Rhode Island.
