Karen Tokarz is a Professor of Law and Director of the Negotiation and Dispute Resolution Program at Washington University, a position held since May 1980. In addition to this role, Tokarz served as a Visiting Scholar at the Harvard Law School Program on Negotiation from July 2008 to July 2009 and was a Fulbright Senior Specialist at the University of Kwa Zulu-Natal Law Faculty from May 2008 to December 2008. Academic credentials include an LLM in Civil Rights and Employment Discrimination from the University of California, Berkeley Law School (1984-1985) and a Doctor of Law (JD) from St. Louis University Law School (1973-1976).
