Rick Stevens

Rick Stevens has extensive experience in operations and education, currently serving as Operations Superintendent at Washoe County since January 2020, after holding the position of Building Operations Project Manager. Prior to this, Rick was the Director of Operations at the Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows from May 2008 to January 2020, where responsibilities included supporting senior management in implementing youth programs and managing federal food initiatives. Rick's earlier roles include teaching high school science and coaching the varsity basketball team at Bishop Manogue Catholic High School, and middle school science at St. Albert's Primary School. Additionally, Rick served as Athletic Director at the Boys & Girls Club, focusing on youth athletics, and worked as Project Manager/Estimator at Diversified, overseeing project completions. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from CSU Stanislaus and has educational credentials from Sierra Nevada College.
