Lee Norton has extensive leadership experience in the European market, currently serving as Executive Vice President for Western Europe at WashTec AG since June 2016. Prior to this role, Lee held the position of CEO and President at Mark VII Equipment Inc. from April 2017 to June 2024. Between 2011 and 2016, Lee was the Managing Director for the UK and Eire at RATIONAL AG, and from 2005 to 2011, Lee worked as Sales and Marketing Director at Karcher UK.
