Julie Allerding

Julie Allerding currently serves as an Instructional Coach at Greenville Public Schools and has held the position of Online Content Coach for the Washtenaw Alliance for Virtual Education since July 2015, focusing on developing online curriculum and supporting student learning in social studies and mathematics. Julie's previous experience includes roles such as Induction Program Coordinator and Mastery Learning Support Teacher at Grand Rapids Public Schools, where significant contributions were made to redesign high school competency/mastery learning models. Additionally, Julie has worked as a Field Instructor at the University of Michigan, providing coaching for pre-student teachers, and served as a Graduate Student Research Assistant, engaging in qualitative research on educational reform. Julie's teaching career began at Bronson Community Schools, with experience in various educational and leadership roles following a strong academic background in educational leadership and policy from the University of Michigan.
