Imam Syahru Ramadhana

Imam Syahru Ramadhana has extensive experience in the fields of technology and human capital management. Currently serving as an HC Business Partner and Talent Management Staff at PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk since January 2022, Imam also contributes as a Human Capital Planning Staff, focusing on data visualization and data cleansing. Prior to this, tenure included roles as a Junior IT Consultant at PT. GENERASI INFORMASI OPTIMA, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing IT systems, diagnosing issues, and recommending technology solutions. Additional experience includes positions as a Frontend Engineer at Vanara Integral Khatulistiwa and Software Engineer roles at Nordic Tech and Coders Colony, alongside freelance work creating an archive management system at Binamarga. Imam holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Universitas Darma Persada, completed in August 2017.
