Jassem Mohammad Aljasmi has extensive work experience in various roles and positions within multiple companies. Jassem Mohammad began their career at EmiratesTrans as a Recruitment and Employee Relation Manager, where they reengineered driver policies and procedures and implemented a comprehensive HRIS system. Jassem Mohammad then joined Dubai Municipality as a Senior Officer of Retirement and Employees Entitlement, where they reengineered processes related to employees' entitlements and retirement and implemented a full HR audit system. Aljasmi later worked at the Road and Transport Authority as a Payroll & Employee Relation Manager, where they were responsible for transferring employees from Dubai Municipality to the authority and implementing a GRP system. Jassem Mohammad then joined Dubai Development Board as the Head of Human Resources, reengineering core strategic business units and enhancing TNA KPIs. Currently, Aljasmi is working at Wasl Group, first as the Head of Compensation & Benefit, where they innovated job evaluation methodology and developed and implemented HRIS systems. Jassem Mohammad is now serving as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for general management support services and leading the development of a transformational business model.
Jassem Mohammad Aljasmi holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Change management from Charles Sturt University, which was obtained from 2010 to 2012. Jassem Mohammad also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from the Australian Human Resources Institute, earned in 2008. Additionally, they received a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the United Arab Emirates University, completed between 1992 and 1996. Jassem Aljasmi also has a certification in Master Degree in Human Resources/Change Management from Charles Sturt University.
