Mohammad Altoto

Mohammad Altoto is a Senior Projects Manager at wasl group since March 2015, specializing in project lifecycle management with expertise in contract, time, cost control, and quality assurance, as well as technical and regulatory compliance in civil engineering. Prior to this role, Mohammad served as Project Manager at Design Center Architects & Engineers Consultants from April 2008 to March 2015, and as Resident Engineer, focusing on team leadership and stakeholder satisfaction throughout project phases. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Damascus University (2003-2007), Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from Cambridge Education Center (2013), and Project Management Primavera 6 training from UAE Society of Engineers (2012).
