Roula Zahar

Roula Zahar serves as the General Counsel and Director of Legal and Board Affairs at wasl group, an asset management company focused on property management, project management, hospitality, investment, and leisure, since January 2008. Prior to this role, Roula worked as legal counsel at Sami Nahas Law Offices from September 2002 to October 2007 and as a legal consultant for ED Zublin A.G. from September 2002 to September 2004. Roula began the legal career as a trainee lawyer at Naji Boustany Law Firm from January 1999 to August 2002. Roula's education includes an Executive Program in Blockchain Technologies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sloan School of Management, a financial seminar for senior managers from London Business School, and several law degrees from Universite Saint Joseph Beirut, including a Diplome d'Etudes Approfondies en Droit Prive. Additionally, Roula holds the International Compliance Officer Certificate from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.
