Hend Elmokadem

Hend Elmokadem is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and team leadership within the outsourcing industry. Currently serving as Operation Supervisor at Wasla Outsourcing since July 2013, Hend is responsible for monitoring and coaching team leaders to enhance management skills and assessing the quality and effectiveness of training programs. Previously, as Operation Team Leader, Hend managed daily call center operations and set performance targets for agents. Earlier experience as a Telesales Agent involved engaging Vodafone customers to promote new rate plans. Hend also worked as an Executive Secretary at Passionelle for chocolates and sweets, providing comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager. Hend holds two Bachelor's degrees in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Ain Shams University and the Faculty of Arts, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
