Ossama Sayed has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as Operations Team Leader at Wasla Outsourcing since February 2012. In this role, Ossama monitors call queues, handles escalated calls, and analyzes performance reports to enhance efficiency while coordinating with various departments. Previously, as a Junior Workforce Analyst, responsibilities included analyzing contact volume and collaborating with analysts on forecasting models. Prior to Wasla Outsourcing, Ossama worked at Orascom Telecom as a Customer Service Representative, providing support and building relationships with customers.
