Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Recycle Track Systems, Duthie led corporate strategy and business transformation post-M&A. As Chief Executive Officer at RecycleSmart™, Duthie achieved significant revenue growth and advanced the company’s digital transformation through IoT technology. Additionally, Duthie's roles at 3D-P and Cordax Evaluation Technologies involved driving corporate strategy, optimizing operations, and managing business development. Duthie's extensive experience also includes leadership positions at Datalog Technology and Baker Hughes, covering a range of operational and strategic functions. Educational credentials include degrees from the University of Manitoba, Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management), and the Australian Institute of Business.
