Conner Walsh

Conner Walsh serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at WM since March 2022, where responsibilities include providing coaching and counseling to resolve employee relations issues for a diverse workforce of over 920 individuals, including drivers, technicians, and managers. Prior to this role, Conner spent nearly four years at Rowan University, initially as a Human Resources Specialist managing HR operations for an athletic department with over 400 individuals, leading recruitment efforts, and promoting social justice initiatives. Conner also held the position of Human Resources Administrator at Rowan University, supporting the HR Department and the Director of Athletics. In an earlier role as an Academic Advisor, Conner provided academic and career counseling to students. Conner holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from Rowan University and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution.
