Theofilos Galoozis

Theofilos Galoozis has extensive experience in labor and employee relations, currently serving as the Vice President of Labor & Employee Relations at Waste Management since November 1999, overseeing the function across all U.S. operations. Prior to this role, Theofilos held positions as Senior Labor Counsel, where responsibilities included collective bargaining and union avoidance strategy, and as a Senior Associate at McGuire Woods focusing on union avoidance and civil rights defense. Early career experience includes an Associate position at McKnight Hudson Lewis & Henderson, a Field Attorney at the National Labor Relations Board, and an Attorney in the Division of Advice at the National Labor Relations Board. Theofilos holds a JD and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, both from Indiana University Bloomington.
