Bill Jones

A graduate of California State University, Fullerton, Bill Jones has been in the waste industry for more than 30 years. He began his career with a national waste hauler as a route auditor before going on to manage Burrtec Waste Industries, a private solid waste company in Southern California.

Bill joined Waste Pro in January 2018 as Division Manager of the Fort Myers Division, where he managed one of Waste Pro’s most successful Divisions with more than 200 employees and nearly 150,000 residential customers and 6,000 commercial customers in Cape Coral and unincorporated Lee County.

As Divisional Vice President, Bill continues to oversee operations in the Fort Myers Division as well as Waste Pro’s facility in Collier County, which opened in 2021 and services 8,000 residential customers and 500 commercial customers in Immokalee and Ava Maria.
