Angie Martin, SPHR, SCP

Angie Martin, SPHR, SCP has a strong background in human resources with significant experience as a Human Resources Director. Angie is currently employed at Watch Communications since 2023 in this capacity. Prior to this, Angie served as a Human Resources Director at Updike Distribution Logistics, LLC from 2021 to 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they held the same position at Watch Communications. Angie also has experience as an HR Manager/EHS Manager at SKF Hebron from 2013 to 2018, an HR Manager at Lowes from 2012 to 2013, an HR Manager at Record Express LLC from 2010 to 2011, and an HR Manager at Marketing Support Services, Inc. from 2001 to 2010. At Marketing Support Services, Angie was responsible for all HR functions, including hiring, coaching, payroll, and termination. Angie also designed company training programs, audited and revised company procedures, implemented employment law, and led the Safety Committee. Angie has a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and has worked towards creating a competitive workplace through employee incentive programs and researching employer best practices.
