Daryl Chesley

Daryl Chesley serves as the Executive Director of Watch Me Shine, Inc. since June 2024, overseeing a comprehensive childcare center and therapy program for children with special needs. Prior experience includes directing curriculum and instruction at Proximity Learning, Inc. and leading professional education initiatives at the United Network for Organ Sharing. Daryl has held various educational leadership roles within Virginia's public school systems, including Director of Instruction at Caroline County Public Schools, Assistant Superintendent of Instruction at Hanover County Public Schools, and High School Principal at Fredericksburg City Schools. Daryl holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The George Washington University, a Master's degree in Education from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Villanova University.
