Luis Silva

Luis Silva has extensive work experience in the field of IT and project management. Luis currently holds the position of Director of IT - USA at Watches of Switzerland Group PLC. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior IT Manager at the same company. Before joining Watches of Switzerland, Luis worked as a Senior Information Technology Project Manager at Johnson Controls and as a Senior Project Manager at Kforce Inc. Luis also held positions such as SR Manager IT LATAM at Ricoh Latin America Inc and Senior Director ERP, Latin America South Implementation Lead at Brightstar Corp. Luis has previous experience working at Capgemini and CGI, where they held roles such as Senior Manager and Executive Consultant, respectively. Luis started their career at Minacs, where they progressed from a Senior Developer to VP of Technology, overseeing the company's aggressive expansion in terms of employees and IT infrastructure.

Luis Silva's education history includes a degree in Economics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a degree in Law and Political Science from Universidad de Lima, and a diploma in Applied Technology from the Information Technology Institute in Toronto, Canada. Luis has also obtained a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile Inc in January 2020.
