Jordan Payne has a diverse work experience starting from 2012 up to present day. Jordan worked as a Receptionist at Eastwell Manor Hotel, Spa & Golf from June 2012 to September 2013. Jordan then took on various roles at Holiday Extras from May 2015 to November 2019, including Travel Consultant, New Products Executive, New Products Specialist, New Products Delivery Manager and Product Specialist, and finally as a Product Manager. From November 2019 to June 2022, they worked as a Product Manager at Electroneum, focusing on product and delivery across the Electroneum Group. Currently, since June 2022, they hold the position of Product Manager at Watchfinder.

Jordan Payne has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with Honors in International Tourism Management from Oxford Brookes University, which was obtained from 2011 to 2015. In 2019, they attended General Assembly for Product Management. In 2017, they earned a Practitioner degree in Agile Project Management from Knowledge Academy London. In 2016, Jordan completed a Train the Trainer program at Commercially Creative Learning. Additionally, they obtained a BTEC National Certificate in Business, CeFS IFS Level 3 Certificate in Financial Studies, and DipFS IFS Level 3 Diploma in Financial Studies from K College in Ashford, Kent, all from 2009 to 2011. In terms of certifications, Jordan received the AgilePM® Foundation and AgilePM® Practitioner from APMG International in September 2017.
