Rotem Ben Shitrit has extensive work experience in customer success and information technology roles. They most recently worked at Watchful as a Strategic Customer Success Manager starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Customer Success, Account Management and Support at Revuze from October 2021 to July 2023. Before that, they worked at WalkMe™ as a Customer Success Manager from July 2018 to May 2020. They also held leadership positions at Fors Marsh Group as the Head of Information Technology from May 2017 to March 2018 and at Rosenberg and Associates LLC as the Director of Information Technology from December 2013 to May 2017.
