Prior to that, Caroline worked at TASTY PLC as Operations Director from March 2007 to January 2016, and held various roles at Zizzi Restaurants including Operations Manager from January 2002 to March 2007. Caroline began their career at ASK Italian, progressing through roles such as Operations Manager, Area Manager, and General Manager from June 1997 to March 2007. Caroline Ottoy holds a BSC Hons in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Plymouth.
