Ariele Hanek

Ariele Hanek is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in genomics and biochemistry. Currently serving as a Senior Support & Applications Scientist and Product Manager for RNA at Watchmaker Genomics since August 2023, Ariele specializes in RNA library preparation, customer engagement, and product development. Prior to this, Ariele held the position of Director of Applications and Support at seqWell from May 2016 to May 2023, leading a team in providing customer support and overseeing collaborations, as well as fulfilling the role of Director of Research and Development. Initial experience includes a Staff Development Scientist role at Beckman Coulter, and prior positions at KEW Group, New England Biolabs, the California Institute of Technology, and earlier educational and internship roles. Ariele holds a Ph.D. in Bio-Organic Chemistry from Caltech and a BA in Chemistry and Government from Bowdoin College.
