Justin P. Marr

Justin P. Marr began their work experience in 2001 at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they held various roles including Plant Scheduler, Materials Operations Lead, and Materials Area Manager. Justin P. then moved on to B/E Aerospace in 2011, working as a Lean Leader, Continuous Improvement, Operations Manager, and Operational Excellence Manager. Lastly, Marr joined Watco Companies LLC in 2016 and held positions as a Project Business Analyst, Director of Business Solutions, and currently serves as the Vice President of Business Solutions. Throughout their career, Marr has demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement, process standardization, automation, efficiency improvements, cost savings, and various managerial responsibilities.

Justin P. Marr completed their MBA in Management and International Business from Rockhurst University from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Business with a focus on Leadership and Finance from Park University from 1998 to 2000.
