Phil Huttmann

Phil Huttmann has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and scouting in the sports industry. Phil began their career as a scout for the Kansas City Royals in 1997 and later served as a scouting supervisor for the team. In 2009, they joined the Detroit Tigers as a scout before transitioning to the Pittsburgh Pirates in 2012. At the Pirates, Huttmann held various roles, including scouting supervisor and talent acquisition manager. In 2021, they joined Watco Companies LLC as the director of talent acquisition. Throughout their career, Huttmann has demonstrated strong scouting and recruitment skills, building relationships with prospects and other stakeholders to identify and source qualified talent.

Phil Huttmann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
