Waleed Afridi

Waleed Afridi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise sales and human resources management. Currently serving as the Enterprise Sales Manager at Wateen Telecom Limited since August 2020, Waleed previously held multiple roles at wi-tribe Pakistan, including Director of People and Culture and Manager of Training, Development, and Performance Management. In the latter role, responsibilities included the development and implementation of a comprehensive performance management system and the delivery of training solutions across various business functions. Additionally, Waleed managed talent acquisition and employee relations as Assistant Manager, overseeing the recruitment and retention of staff across Pakistan. Prior experience includes a role as Project Leader at Roots IVY International Schools, where Waleed successfully developed nine campuses and managed project budgets. Waleed holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in International Economics and Finance from London Metropolitan University.
