Paul Edwards

Paul Edwards is an experienced IT Change Specialist at Water Corporation, focusing on technology change and user impact assessment. Previously, Paul served as a Training Lead for the IBM Maximo Project, managing end-user training and communication efforts, and as a Maximo Trainer during an Agile transformation. At Vocus Communications, Paul built and led a training team responsible for the onboarding and development of over 700 staff. Paul’s expertise also includes a significant tenure as a Senior Trainer at iiNet, where training and support materials were developed for various platforms. Early career experiences at Bankwest provided foundational skills in customer satisfaction.
