Joey Garner

Joey Garner currently serves as the Living Water Director at Water Mission since November 2022, previously holding the role of Living Water Manager. At Samaritan's Purse, involvement dates back to May 2014 as a DART member and has included positions such as Senior Member Care Manager/Chaplain and International Regional Director for South Asia, where strategic vision and communication of regional objectives were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes leading a staff of seven in a mobilizer/trainer role at Concord and achieving significant outreach at Eastside as an Associate Mobilizer/Trainer. Joey also contributed to the establishment of non-profit offices as Northern Regional Director at Global Partners and worked as an Educational Consultant/ESL Teacher at Central Asia Free Exchange. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pastoral Ministries from Liberty University and a Master of Divinity in International/Global Studies from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
