Scott Headley

Director Marketing Communications at Water Pik, Inc.

Scott Headley has extensive work experience in marketing and sales. Scott started their career in 1986 as a Product Manager at Vipont Pharmaceutical/Colgate-Palmolive and remained in that role until 1993. From 1993 to 1996, they joined Teledyne Water Pik as a Product Manager, where they played a crucial role in merging four companies to create the Teledyne Water Pik Professional Oral Health Strategic Business Unit. Additionally, they managed marketing programs for Teledyne Water Pik Consumer Oral Care Division. In 1996, they became the Director of Sales and Marketing at Biotrol International, where they served until 2003. Scott then worked as a Marketing Consultant at Young Innovations from July 2003 to December 2003. Finally, they joined Water Pik, Inc. in August 2005 as a Senior Marketing Manager and later became the Director of Marketing Communications in November 2016, where they currently hold the position.

Scott Headley earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism from Syracuse University, where they attended from 1979 to 1983. Scott further pursued their education at the University of Northern Colorado from 2004 to 2005, completing a Master of Arts (MA) degree in History.
