Deepak Batheja

Deepak Batheja supports Water Street’s family of companies with due diligence, integration and advancing their goals for value creation. He also leads Water Street’s information technology, digital and cybersecurity strategies and operations. With more than 30 years of experience, Deepak has spearheaded multiple complex technology transformations and new digital models for global organizations serving a range of industries. Prior to joining Water Street, Deepak transformed technology platforms and operations on behalf of two national healthcare organizations. He also served as CIO for numerous businesses owned by global private equity firms, where he supported their expansion plans, turnaround initiatives and growth objectives. Deepak began his career at Bell Labs before joining Deloitte Consulting. Industry leaders have recognized Deepak for his leadership and innovation. Computerworld selected him as a Premier 100 Technology Leader and InformationWeek recognized him four years in a row as one of the Top 250 Innovators.

Deepak earned his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Bombay University and a master’s degree in distributed computing from Rutgers University.
