Acipm Nelson Aigbotsua

Nelson Aigbotsua, ACIPM has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nelson is currently working at WaterAid as the International Talent Acquisition Lead, where they are responsible for leading the organization's global recruitment strategy and partnering with global leaders on talent needs. Prior to this, Nelson worked at Microsoft as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner for the Middle East and Africa region, supporting diverse talent acquisition projects and attracting top talent to the company. Nelson also held the role of Talent Acquisition & Identification Specialist at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they were responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, talent mapping, and building partnerships with stakeholders. Nelson has also worked at Shell, where they held various recruitment roles, including Resourcing Advisor, Country Recruiter (South Africa) - Lead, and Recruiter (Technical and Commercial) - Africa. Nelson began their career at Aerix Global Solution Nigeria as a Business Development Associate and later worked as a Market Research Analyst at Etisalat Nigeria.

Nelson Aigbotsua, ACIPM has a diverse education history. In 2021, they completed a Masters of Sourcing, Talent Identification, Candidate Reach, Engagement, and Sourcing Tech at the Sourcing Masterclass, specializing in Human Resources Management and Services.

In 2009, Nelson obtained an Associate's degree in Marketing Strategy from EADA - Business School (Escuela de Alta Dirección y Administración) in Spain.

Prior to that, in 2008-2009, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in International Business and Management from the University of Bradford.

Nelson 'sundergraduate studies were carried out from 2003 to 2008 at Covenant University, where they received a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management Information Systems (M.I.S).

Lastly, Nelson completed their secondary education at Lumen Christi Secondary from 1998 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Nelson has also obtained certifications in Customer Relationship Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in February 2018, and a Professional certificate in Human Resource Management from The Carrington Heritage Centre for Professional Development in October 2015.
