Ella L. has extensive experience in editorial roles, currently serving as Editorial Content Manager at WaterAid since July 2019. Prior to this, Ella held various editorial positions at Penguin Random House UK as an Editor and at Macmillan Education ELT as Senior Editorial Coordinator.
