Gaynor Lyseight Chartered MCIPD has over 25 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on driving organizational performance through excellent people management. Gaynor Lyseight has held various roles in both the public and private sectors.

Gaynor began their career in 1994 at HMV as an HR Advisor, where they worked for six years before moving on to Channel 4 as an HR Business Partner/Advisor. Gaynor Lyseight then joined Hearst Magazines UK as an HR Advisor before transitioning to Hertfordshire Constabulary (Hertfordshire Police) as an HR Projects Manager. In this role, they were responsible for planning, managing, and delivering HR projects in line with the HR Business Plan.

Gaynor continued their career at ARA (Asset Recovery Agency) as an HR Manager, where they successfully managed a change management and TUPE transfer project involving 250 staff. Gaynor Lyseight then joined Enfield Council as the Assistant Head of HR (Policy), leading a team of policy advisors and delivering a program to revise the council's people policies and procedures.

In 2007, Gaynor returned to ARA as an HR Manager (Special Projects), where they managed a TUPE transfer and delivered a job evaluation project. Gaynor Lyseight joined Lee Valley Regional Park Authority as an HR Manager, where they developed and implemented the HR business plan, focusing on workforce planning and preparing for the 2012 Olympic Games.

Gaynor then joined Breast Cancer Care as a Senior HR Manager, supporting the Director of Human Resources in delivering the HR Business Plan and coaching and developing the HR team during organizational change.

Since 2013, Gaynor has been working at WaterAid, initially as a People Business Partner and later promoted to Senior People Business Partner. In this role, they collaborate with the People/HR and Organizational Development department and the wider global people function to drive key people interventions and deliver the organization's global strategy. Gaynor Lyseight'sresponsibilities include change management, job design, high potential and high-performance identification, succession planning, coaching managers, facilitating meetings, recruitment for senior positions, and developing a strategic approach for apprenticeships, internships, and volunteering.

Gaynor is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).

Gaynor Lyseight Chartered MCIPD obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management from London Metropolitan University.
