Lucie Lovell has over two decades of experience in operations and support roles, primarily within the charity sector. Currently serving as Business Improvement Lead at WaterAid since April 2007, Lucie has progressed through several positions, including Supporter Experience and Operations Lead, Business Process Improvement Manager, and Supporter Operations Manager. Prior to WaterAid, Lucie held multiple operational, production, and support roles for organizations such as Oasis UK, The Barbican, BBC, Goldsmiths College, and XLP, focusing on event and production management, administration, and personal assistance from September 2000 to March 2007.
