Megan Elworthy has a diverse work experience history. Megan began their career as a Support Netball Coach at uPlay Sports Management LTD. where they successfully coached girls of different ages and abilities. Megan then gained valuable work experience as a Work Experience member with the Public Policy Team at England & Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Subsequently, they volunteered as an Assistant for the Ruth Strauss Foundation, taking charge of organizing equipment and merchandise for the charity's main event, #RedforRuth at Lord's Cricket Ground. Additionally, Megan worked as a Waitress at THE BULL PEN TEA ROOMS LIMITED during their university breaks, exhibiting exceptional customer service skills and maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Megan furthered their charitable work as a Face-To-Face Fundraiser at Cancer Research UK (CRUK), achieving the highest number of donations in their team and exceeding fundraising targets. Most recently, Megan joined WaterAid as an Events Fundraising Officer, overseeing various third-party events such as the London Landmarks Half Marathon and Great North Run. Megan proved competent in managing recruitment, stewardship of participants, cheer-points, and budgeting for income and expenditure. Megan Elworthy attended Loughborough University from 2018 to 2021, where they pursued a degree in Politics and International Relations.
