Pontip Ramdur

Pontip Ramdur has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. From 2013 to the present, Pontip has been working at WaterAid, where they have held the positions of Head of Financial Accounting, Interim Head of International Finance, and Senior International Management Accountant. In these roles, Pontip has provided financial management oversight, supported the development of financial plans and budgets, and implemented systems and processes for funding and funds management.

Prior to their time at WaterAid, Pontip worked at Christian Aid as a Finance Manager, overseeing financial operations. They also served as an Interim Finance Manager for ECRP, a consortium of Christian Aid, CARE, and Action Aid.

Earlier in their career, Pontip had roles at Chan Medi-Pharm Ltd/Gte, including Head of Finance, Procurement & Information Systems and Head of Internal Audit. In these positions, Pontip set up the internal audit department, conducted audits, and ensured adherence to policies and procedures. They also played a key role in the selection and implementation of accounting software.

Throughout their career, Pontip Ramdur has demonstrated strong financial management skills, strategic support, and the ability to implement effective systems and processes.

Pontip Ramdur's education history includes a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy from Federal Polytechnic, Nasarawa, which was completed from 1997 to 1999. Afterwards, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued further studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and obtained the degree of Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) in the field of Accounting and Finance. In 2007 to 2008, Pontip Ramdur completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria. Lastly, from 2015 to 2017, they attended Nasarawa State University, Keffi, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General.
