Rachel Westcott

Rachel Westcott has extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on organizational development and resourcing. Rachel is currently serving as a Board Trustee for Home for Good (UK) since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of People and Organisational Development at WaterAid starting in 2007. Rachel also held the position of Director of Global Resourcing at Save the Children UK from 2000 to 2007. Earlier in their career, they served as the Head of Resourcing and Development at WAGN Railway and as the Head of Retail and Customer Service at LTS Rail (C2C).

Rachel Westcott attended Durham University from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.
