Sarah Redshaw's work experience includes roles at WaterAid, Unilever UK, and Nestlé UK & I. Sarah started working at WaterAid in 2016 as an International People Management Director. Prior to that, they worked at Unilever UK, starting in 2004 and holding various HR Director roles, including HR Director - Global Communications, Media and CMI. At Nestlé UK & I, Sarah served as a Senior HR Business Partner from an unspecified start date until 2004.
Sarah Redshaw has a BA (hons) degree in business studies from Nottingham Trent University, which they earned from 1987 to 1991. In 1993 to 1995, they attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Sarah also pursued a postgraduate certificate in Change Agency Skills and Strategies at the University of Surrey from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, Sarah has completed a coaching field of study at the Co-active Training Institute, where they are currently enrolled until 2021. Furthermore, they became a Fellow at the CIPD in 1997.
