In 2013, Twaha Mubarak attended the National Institute for Rural Development in Hyderabad, India, specializing in Rural Drinking Water and Sanitation Project Management. In 2015, they enrolled in a Project Management course at WaterAid Uganda/United Kingdom, and in 2016, they attended a Behavioral Change Course at WaterAid Ethiopia/United Kingdom.
