Victoria Cornford-Jolly has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Victoria started their career as a Communications and Campaigns Assistant at Practical Action in 2011. Their most recent and current role is with WaterAid, where they have held various positions since 2016. Victoria started as an Internal Communications Officer and later became the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager. Currently, they serve as the Global Internal Communications and Engagement Lead. In this role, Victoria is responsible for delivering WaterAid's Global Internal Communications and Engagement Vision.
