Victoria Cornford-Jolly

Victoria Cornford-Jolly has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Victoria started their career as a Communications and Campaigns Assistant at Practical Action in 2011. In 2013, they worked as an Academy Drama Tutor at Simply Theatre Academy. Victoria then transitioned to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in 2014, where they served as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President, People, Performance, and Development. In 2015, they worked as a Communications Consultant at Unspun.

Their most recent and current role is with WaterAid, where they have held various positions since 2016. Victoria started as an Internal Communications Officer and later became the Internal Communications and Engagement Manager. Currently, they serve as the Global Internal Communications and Engagement Lead. In this role, Victoria is responsible for delivering WaterAid's Global Internal Communications and Engagement Vision. Their key accountabilities include leading strategic internal communications, ensuring the organization's vision and purpose are communicated effectively, maintaining high levels of employee engagement, and leading major change and transformation communications.

Victoria Cornford-Jolly completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociological Studies from The University of Sheffield between 2007 and 2010. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree (MA) in Drama and Theatre Education at the University of Warwick from 2010 to 2011.
