Ahmad Alisha Shaik has extensive experience in the field of environmental health and safety. Ahmad Alisha is currently the Head of EHS at The Waterbase Limited since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Hod of Environment, Health, and Safety at Adani Wilmar Limited from December 2019 to March 2023. Before that, they served as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at Synergene Active Ingredients Pvt. Ltd. from July 2018 to December 2019. Ahmad also has experience as an HSE Engineer at Aramco from June 2016 to May 2018 and as a Health Safety Environment Engineer at Power Mech Projects Limited from April 2013 to May 2015.

Ahmad Alisha Shaik has a diverse education history. In 1997, they completed their secondary school education at Gloria, where they earned an SSC degree. Continuing their education, they attended Raghu Institute of Technology in India from 2009 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Ahmad pursued further education in the field of Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician. From 2013 to 2014, they attended Annamalai University and obtained a post-graduation degree in this field.

To enhance their knowledge and skills in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), Ahmad completed several certifications. In 2015, they obtained the NEBOSH IGC certification from NIST Global. During the same year, they also completed the IOSH certification from the same institution.

In 2018, Ahmad briefly attended OSHA and obtained a General Certificate in EHS. Additionally, they have completed a Post Graduation Diploma in Oil and Gas Safety from JNNYC, although the exact dates of this program are not provided.

Lastly, it is worth mentioning that Ahmad also studied Industrial Safety at SBTET but no specific start or end dates were provided for this educational experience.
