Dean Desmarteau is a seasoned environmental scientist with over two decades of experience in environmental modeling and chemical transport processes. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Scientist at Waterborne Environmental, Inc. since September 2012, Dean specializes in simulation modeling to address agricultural and crop protection challenges and possesses expertise in regulatory and refined higher-tier exposure modeling. Prior experience includes roles at Bayer CropScience from May 1998 to August 2012, where Dean worked as an Environmental Exposure Modeler, conducting aquatic exposure assessments for regulatory compliance, and as an Environmental Research Chemist, managing GLP-compliant studies on the environmental fate of agricultural products. Dean holds an M.B.A. from Baker University School of Professional and Graduate Studies and a B.S. in Biology from Baker University.
