Aj Grobler

AJ Grobler has extensive experience in water management and emergency services. At Watercare Services Limited since July 2008, AJ has successfully served as both an Operations Controller and a Control Room Operator, handling responsibilities such as monitoring water reservoir levels, planning daily water abstractions, and responding to alarms for wastewater services. Prior to this role, AJ worked for Mangaung Local Municipality from January 1993 to February 2008 as a Firefighter, where key responsibilities included firefighting, accident rescue, and incident management. AJ holds a National Diploma in Water Treatment from Opus International and a National Diploma in Fire Technology from the Central University of Technology. Strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations are notable strengths.
